Returns

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Example: If delivered on 1st December, returns will be accepted until 8th December.

Change of mind or “no longer needed” returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions

Product must be in original condition: unused, with packaging, tags, seals, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).

All items undergo a quality check before approval.

Products returned in inadequate condition will be sent back.
Exchanges

If you received the wrong product, size, or model, or if your product is defective, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

If the parcel has already shipped, you may refuse to accept it upon delivery.

If your return or exchange request is not approved, we’ll inform you of the reason and send the product back without any extra shipping charges.
